Appeal (Hearing Denied) To Illinois Supreme Court, Dismissed While Upholding Criminal Activity

Federal case numbers for civil suit in The Northern District of Illinois:
1-22-CV-2315 In 2021 I was very frustrated that federal prosecutors would not return my calls or let me visit their office. I was just certain that if the basic facts of my case got before a federal judge, the criminal judge would just be quietly removed by someone at The Circuit Court of Cook County.
Since Chief Judge Timothy Evans, Clerk Iris Martinez, and then Presiding Judge of the Domestic Relations Division Grace Dickler were very aggressively avoiding my reports about crime by their employees, I thought serving them a federal complaint would be a good way to insure my message was delivered. At the very least I was certain that a federal judge would see the wildly inappropriate behavior I'd experienced and grant me an injunction to get out of this court. I started my research at The Skokie Courthouse Law Library the same way I always did a pro se filing, by reading cases similar to mine and copying the patterns and language of the pleadings while reading the laws themselves. I didn't know if federal complaints could be plagiarized but I figured I was safe stealing from The American Civil Liberties Union because after two years of trying to get their help it was quite clear they weren't going to acknowledge I exist. I figured out I had a Section 1983 Color of Law Case, which is when state employees (judges, clerks, appointees to some extent) using the "color" of state law deprive another of their civil rights. The most familiar Color of Law suits are police brutality suits. And it was while reading these suits about conspiracies in Sherif's offices to hide deputies' crimes, that I learned civil rights attorneys may sue under a civil version of the Federal Racketeering and Corrupt Influencers Act (RICO). I felt exhilarated when I read this. I knew RICO from mob movies. And being under the thumb of an all-powerful court, digging myself into high interest debt to try to keep up with a dirty judge's sanctions, it felt like being shaken down by the mob. And it was shocking to me how I could immediately see predicate acts. I mean for heaven's sake, in February of 2022 a young associate working for Michael Bender had emailed an unsigned letter supposedly written by Dr. Gerald Blechman, a court ordered custody evaluator. Dr. Blechman had always seemed pretty smart to me so I was shocked that his letter contained exclusively a copied email from my ex husband Peter quoting my testimony to Judge Matthew Link in a hearing on my motion to substitute my trial judge for bias It wasn't just that Dr. Blechman's letter, which has come to be called a "Preliminary Custody Evaluation" included my testimony at the hearing, it was the only thing it included. There was nothing in the letter about my parenting and all of it was my protected testimony in court. These bozos, I thought! If only they knew that just a month before this letter I had been issued I was issued federal whistleblower numbers for a report naming all of them. I had implicated Peter's attorney directly in money laundering and almost every attorney or clerk who had touched my case was implicated in bribery and hiding financial crimes. What are the odds that they would be so foolish as to file pleadings that seemed to me entirely intended to retaliate against me as a federal witness. I've since come to believe that the odds of me coincidentally finding predicate acts of racketeering lying on the ground like Easter eggs at a toddler's holiday picnic are not that high. Then I was a fool for thinking I'd discovered a racketeering case as prosecutors were obviously conducting a sting. Now I'm a crazy lady for figuring it out a year later. In any case, federal civil rights suits can be stayed by federal judges in the event that there is a criminal prosecution being conducted into those same matters. It became clear to me that not only were federal district judges not going to give me an injunction to get out of The Circuit Court of Cook County, but that by attempting this civil suit I had freely offered over three hundred pages of testimony under affidavit to a federal judge. This can be read to grand juries without slowing prosecutors down by say, letting me get a lawyer. This made me a federal witness for the purpose of crimes like retaliation against a federal witness. It made me good bait. But because I had not given my testimony through an attorney - I had just been a dumb schmuck of a good citizen - I wouldn't have the protection of say a cooperating witness who had killed ten people. As an innocent mother, I would learn time and time again, there is nobody to advocate for my civil rights but me. |
